Kaitlyn Hughes

Kaitlyn is a senior from Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. She is majoring in Multiplatform Journalism and Digital Media Arts, while also pursuing a Pre-Law Certificate. Kaitlyn is the vice president of the Duquesne University chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists. She has interned at Pittsburgh Magazine and TribLive, which is where she will be working after she graduates in December. This is her fifth semester as an editor at The Duke. She does yoga every week.

Josh is a senior from Gibsonia, Pennsylvania. He is majoring in Multiplatform Journalism with a minor in Music and Psychology. Josh has held internships at the Indiana Gazette and the Erie Times-News where he spent time covering human interest stories. Nataley Davis is a senior from Cleveland, Ohio majoring in Multi-Platform Journalism and Psychology with a minor in Music. She has been a staff writer for The Duke for 2 years and this is her first semester as an editor. Nataley has held internships at Pittsburgh Magazine, Destination Hudson and worked part-time with the Cleveland Guardians over the summer. She is also the Social Media Coordinator for Delight Duquesne and Philanthropy Chair for Gamma Phi Beta.

Sarwat Zahin Hyder is a second-year graduate student from Dhaka, Bangladesh pursuing her MFA in Media, Arts and Technology with a focus in Creative and Strategic Media. She has previously interned at the Dhaka Tribune and has closely worked as a digital strategist for several emerging South Asian brands. She is also the founder of The Bedroom Journal, a digital lifestyle magazine she founded in 2020 that centers the South Asian narrative.
