Kaitlyn Hughes

Editor-in-Chief

Kaitlyn is a senior from Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. She is majoring in Multiplatform Journalism and Digital Media Arts, while also pursuing a Pre-Law Certificate. Kaitlyn is the vice president of the Duquesne University chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists. She has interned at Pittsburgh Magazine and TribLive, which is where she will be working after she graduates in December. This is her fifth semester as an editor at The Duke. She does yoga every week.

Josh Imhof

News Editor

Josh is a senior from Gibsonia, Pennsylvania. He is majoring in Multiplatform Journalism with a minor in Music and Psychology. Josh has held internships at the Indiana Gazette and the Erie Times-News where he spent time covering human interest stories. He is also the president of the Duquesne University Chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists. This is his third semester as an editor at The Duke.

Nataley Davis

Features Editor

Nataley Davis is a senior from Cleveland, Ohio majoring in Multi-Platform Journalism and Psychology with a minor in Music. She has been a staff writer for The Duke for 2 years and this is her first semester as an editor. Nataley has held internships at Pittsburgh Magazine, Destination Hudson and worked part-time with the Cleveland Guardians over the summer. She is also the Social Media Coordinator for Delight Duquesne and Philanthropy Chair for Gamma Phi Beta.

Noah Fries

Sports Editor

Noah is a senior from Altoona, Pennsylvania. He is majoring in Sports Information and Media, as well as Economics. He is also pursuing a certificate in Actuarial Science. He currently holds an internship covering Duquesne Football with Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. This is Noah’s first semester as an editor at The Duke.

Opinions Editor

Naomi is a senior from Oakmont, Pennsylvania. She is majoring in History and Multiplatform Journalism. She is the current secretary for the Duquesne University chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists. She has held journalism internships at Pittsburgh Magazine and TribLive. This is Naomi’s third semester as an editor at The Duke. She has two cats.

A&E Editor

Charlotte is a senior from Rochester, New York. She is majoring in Multiplatform Journalism and minoring in Philosophy and Political Science. She is the current treasurer of the Duquesne University chapter of the Society of Professional Journalists. She is also the editorial intern at Pittsburgh Magazine. This is Charlotte’s third semester as an editor at The Duke.

Diva KC

Layout Editor

Diva Kc is a junior from Queens, New York. They are majoring in Biochemistry with a minor in English. They are the senior poetry editor, co-copy editor and treasurer for :Lexicon, Duquesne’s Arts and Literature Journal. This is Diva’s third semester as layout editor for The Duke.

Sarwat Zahin Hyder

Multimedia Editor

Sarwat Zahin Hyder is a second-year graduate student from Dhaka, Bangladesh pursuing her MFA in Media, Arts and Technology with a focus in Creative and Strategic Media. She has previously interned at the Dhaka Tribune and has closely worked as a digital strategist for several emerging South Asian brands. She is also the founder of The Bedroom Journal, a digital lifestyle magazine she founded in 2020 that centers the South Asian narrative. This is Sarwat’s first semester as the Multimedia Editor for The Duke.
