“If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath.”
-Amit Ray
With finals creeping up, it is easy to spend your time looking toward the future — “What will my term grades be? How will this semester affect my overall GPA? What if I fail all my finals?”
Falling into the “what if?” trap is easy, but it isn’t helpful. Thinking about your hypothetical term grades can make you feel like the outcome is out of your control, but it isn’t. How you spend your time in the next few weeks will determine how you perform on your finals.
Live in the moment, study hard, and you will (probably) do just fine.
